Any clothing or footwear used on other livestock enterprises is thoroughly cleaned either at the previous enterprise or before entering the premises at Lackham

A boot wash is available containing the appropriate DEFRA approved disinfectant

Vehicles that have been on other enterprises do not go into the housing unless there is an emergency.

All stock entering the farm is isolated for 4 to 6 weeks. Any illness is investigated immediately and treated accordingly

All bought in breeding stock are to be vaccinated against clostridial diseases and Pasteurellosis.
