Diversification is seen as one way in which farmers and countryside workers can continue to work in the rural areas and maintain a reasonable level of income.
The ILT in Rural Industries project seeks to help individuals and groups to develop new skills. The project seeks to use new technology such as computers, the internet and on-line learning to support learning activities. This project is supported by the European Social Fund EQUAL.
